Home Evaluations Certifies,
that anytime on
the day of
the home inspection, (satisfaction
hinges on client attending the inspection for a first hand
experience of the inspection and to meet the inspector in determining
his commitment to the client),
if the client is dissatisfied in our performance for the home
inspection services performed for them, we will refund the full
amount of the home inspection fee paid by
the "client". The purpose of the reimbursement
is so that the client can presumably hire another inspection company,
of their choosing, to obtain another inspection within their Real
Estate contract requirements (normal
time for an inspection in most Real Estate contracts is a two week
period, hence if they receive a refund from us they should still have
time to get another inspection under their Real Estate contract).
We
offer this in good faith knowing that our customer satisfaction rate
exceeds 99% and that they will not take advantage of this offer
unless truly dissatisfied with our service.
SPECIAL
NOTE: We are the only inspection company to offer this guarantee and
because of our confidence to excellence of service to our clients, we
are the only company not limiting our liability to our fee.
Instead we offer a "Guarantee of
Inspector Performance" that protect the client for a longer
period of time after the inspection period has passed and presumably
the client has had time to live in their home that would give them
time to find potential errors.
